Shipping
Free shipping when you spend over $150.00 NZD.
For orders under $150.00 NZD, shipping is $5.00 within the North Island and $8.00 within the South Island. Shipping is currently only available nationwide.
After your order is placed, we aim to have it sent out no later than the following business day. Once sent, you should expect to receive your order within 7 business days, however due to COVID-19 there may be unexpected delays that are out of our control. Should you have any questions regarding the tracking status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help you. Please be patient with us as we find our feet!
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned within 30 of delivery for an exchange or refund. This does not include sale items. Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
All returns & exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving your items. Once your items have been received, we will send you an email with the details of your processed return and/or exchange.
If you believe an item is damaged or faulty, please email us at or message our Instagram @huntapparellimited. We will treat this as our highest priority.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, should you decide to return and/or exchange any items for any reason.
Any exchange requests that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued a refund.
